  1. Add ghee in a pan. Add green cardamom.fry a minute then add suji and fry on medium heat.till colour changes and smell comes.
  2. When suji turns to golden colour, add sugar in it.mix in suji then add water and mix well over medium heat with continue stirring to avoid lumps or burning/ sticking.
  3. Let it cook on medium flame as the sugar dissolves, it's consistency first become little thin then it comes all together and start getting thick.we dnt need to runny texture & not too thick.as cheeni ka dana disdolves in suji and gives a shiny smooth texture turn off heat.
  4. Grease a tray or plate with some ghee/oil. Take a laddle full of halwa and spread on tray. Fill the tray to it's brim with halwa.sprinkle chop almonds& pistachio and chandi ky warq.
  5. Let it cool at room temperature. When halwa sets in tray cut in qatlis(squares) with help of knife.keep tray at room temperature for least 1 hr or till the qatlis set enough to be taken out individualy.with the help of sharp knife take out qatlis from tray and serve in platter.a sweet winter treat aftr every meal & enjoy with Cookpad.
